The World Health Organization is now warning that the worldwide Coronavirus pandemic is far from over.
Health officials are concerned about increasing trends in places like Africa, Eastern Europe, Latin America and some Asian countries.
The World Health Organization says it is concerned about cases and deaths being underreported in many countries due to low testing capacity.
"As lockdowns in Europe ease with declining numbers of new cases, we continue to urge countries to find, isolate, test and treat all cases and trace every contact, to ensure these declining trends continue. But the pandemic is far from over. I repeat, the pandemic is far from over,” said Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
Health officials say whether there will be a second wave is dependent upon ourselves.
Some countries are considering patients who are recovering from COVID-19 as immune to the virus.
But health officials say more research is needed to make that decision.
