Catoosa Business Reopens, Requiring Masks Due To COVID-19

The owners of a Catoosa vendor mall said their customers will now have to wear a mask.

The Market On 66 just reopened a few days ago, but the owners said they wanted to still be health-conscious with everything that’s going on.

That’s why they said customers must wear a mask at all times inside the store, and they will provide a mask for anyone who does not have one.

The vendor mall was one of the first businesses in the area to close because of the pandemic, and co-owner Kathy Campbell said this was the safest way to get back to work.

“We love our community, we love our friends, family and just people in general; so we just have to look out for each other and, I think, something as simple as wearing a mask could help someone, why not?” said Campbell.

Campbell said as new developments happen with COVID-19, they’ll reevaluate whether to keep the mask policy.
