Watch: Endangered Baby Pygmy Hippo Explores Surroundings

SPLASHING AROUND: An endangered baby pygmy hippo explored his surroundings with his mom and learned how to hold his breath underwater at the San Diego Zoo this week. According to zoo officials, the calf was born last month and is the first successful pygmy hippo birth at the zoo in more than 30 years.
