Tinker Air Force Base confirmed one of its base members tested positive for COVID-19.
The base confirmed the new positive test on its Facebook page Wednesday morning.
According to Tinker Air Force Base, the person is a member of the 507th Air Refueling Wing.
The new case now raises the total to 33 total cases at the base since the pandemic began spreading statewide in March.
The spread of the virus appears to be slowing at Tinker. There have been 10 new positive cases of the coronavirus since April 22.
Tinker Air Force Base reported its first confirmed case of the virus on March 25.
