According to police, the shooting stemmed from a road rage situation between the driver of a tan Mercury Marquis and a blue Tahoe. According to police, the driver of the Marquis accused the Tahoe driver of driving aggressively and brandishing an ax at them. The police say the Marquis driver then pulled out a gun and fired at the Tahoe.
