BA Police: 2 Arrested, Accused Of Murder During Burglary

Broken Arrow Police said they arrested two people for murder in their role in a burglary, which a third person was killed.

Investigators said Canetha Jones drove Reginald Ross, Antonio Colbert, and a third person to a home last weekend to commit a burglary.

The homeowner shot and killed Ross. Oklahoma law allows someone to be charged with murder if anyone dies during the act of a felony crime – even if the person who dies was coming the crime.

Investigators said they are still working to identify the third suspect.
