Lawsuit Asking For Safety Measures At Rally Sent To State Supreme Court

After their lawsuit was filed and denied on Tuesday by a Tulsa County Judge, attorneys Clark Brewster and Paul DeMuro are now taking their case to the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

They said they hope to force the management company of the BOK Center to require masks and social distancing at the Presidential rally on Saturday. They said they do not want to stop the rally. In court documents filed Wednesday, the plaintiffs said the Supreme Court is now the only institution standing between Tulsa and a "biological bomb."
