Oklahoma State football head coach Mike Gundy will be taking a voluntary pay cut and changing his contract.
This comes after the t-shirt controversy over the past few weeks.
Oklahoma State Athletic Director Mike Holder said Gundy will receive a $1 million paycut. Holder said his rollover contract is reduced from 5 to 4 years, and his boy-out price dropped to 50%.
An internal review revealed there were no signs or indications of racism within the football program. However, Holder said that they found that Gundy needs to "build stronger relationships with his student athletes."
