Muskogee Police Report Fatal Accident, 1 Dead

The Muskogee Police Department responded to a crash at 2:20 p.m. on North York and Kimberlea, and have reported one person has died.

A Honda Pilot was traveling south, when she hit the curb on the right side and over corrected back into traffic. The Honda driver hit a Chrysler and rolled before stopping. The driver of the Honda, who has been identified as Kimberly Bales, was thrown into the back of the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The second driver was transported to EMS with minor injuries and later released.
