Police Officer Injured In Midwest City Accident

At least one Midwest City police officer was injured in an accident on Sunday afternoon.

The accident took place near the intersection of North Douglas Boulevard and Northeast 13th Street in Midwest City.

The police officer's identity and current condition are not known at this time.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
