Cox Employees Surprise Nonprofits With Random Acts Of Kindness

Cox employees surprised local nonprofits with random acts of kindness on Wednesday.

They handed out treats and $5,000 grants to the Child Abuse Network and Family and Children’s Services in Tulsa. Cox said it was their way of showing appreciation for the work that those groups do.

Tiffani Bruton, Cox Communications, said “Now more than ever, families are experiencing crisis in a different way we've all been locked up in our homes together and if you are already a family that's having difficulty you feel it now more than you ever have before.”

Cox has been surprising nonprofits all month long and so far, they’ve given out more than $20,000 to aid nonprofits in the pandemic.
