Woman Recovering After Being Shot, Tulsa Police Search For Shooter

Tulsa Police say a woman is recovering after she was shot while lying in bed.

Officers say there were 16 rounds fired into the side of a woman's home.

The shooting happened near MLK and Mohawk just before 11:30 Wednesday night.

Officers say when they were called to the scene they found the victim, who had been shot in the arm while she was in bed.

Police say she was taken to the hospital, but she's expected to be OK.

There were two other people in the house at the time of the shooting, but they were not hurt.

Police say they believe they're looking for two people but there's no clear description of the gunmen.
