Man Arrested After Fatal Stabbing At Windsail Apartments

A man is in jail suspected of stabbing another man to death.

Tulsa Police said a person is dead and another in custody after a stabbing at the Windsail apartments near 71st and Mingo.

Police said the victim, David Woods, was visiting his girlfriend when he got into a fight with a neighbor, Bradon Kemp. Police said Kemp said Woods knocked on his door, grabbed him and that's when the altercation began.

Investigators said Kemp stabbed Woods once, then started fighting over the knife. They said Kemp stabbed Woods in the neck and chest and stayed at the scene until police arrived.

Officers said Woods was dead at the scene. The FBI arrested Kemp for first-degree murder in Indian country.
