Tulsa Police shared the body cam footage of the arrest of Dustin Dennis, a Tulsa father accused in the deaths of his two children.

Tulsa prosecutors charged Dennis with second-degree murder but had to turn the case over to federal prosecutors after the Supreme Court’s ruling on tribal jurisdictions.
