Salvation Army Hosting "Stuff The Bus" Event To Help Children In Need Of School Supplies

The Salvation Army is asking for your help to make sure every student has school supplies for the upcoming school year.

This weekend you can buy school supplies at your nearby Walmart and place them in specially marked "Stuff the Bus" bins inside the store. The "Stuff the Bus" campaign is happening at Walmart locations in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Catoosa, Claremore, Okmulgee, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, and Wagoner.

"Ahead of every school year, many parents are faced with making the tough choice to pay the household bills or buy school supplies for their children. By participating in the 2020 ‘Stuff the Bus’ campaign, you will help provide school supplies for students in need." said Salvation Army Rep. Sara Kleinecke.
