Long-Awaited FC Tulsa Home Opener Ends In Draw

FC Tulsa hosted San Antonio FC in the season home opener Wednesday night at OneOK and the match was held to a tie.

These are two of the remaining unbeaten teams in the USL coming into the match, and it looks like they will still leave that way.

The two teams were closely matched in a well-paced game as neither team was able to penetrate the defense for a goal. The teams will meet again on Saturday August 22 in San Antonio.

FC Tulsa received four yellow cards in the match, and two for San Antonio, including one for tripping Tulsa's Cristhian Altamirano into a big tumble on the pitch.

FC Tulsa's next match is Wednesday, August 19 at OneOK stadium in Tulsa where they will host the Austin Bold FC.
