The Tulsa Fire Department is investigating another fire at the Brookshire Motel on Route 66.
Nobody was in the building when fire crews arrived around 5:45 p.m. Monday evening. They were able to quickly douse the fire in the building.
This is not the first fire in the Brookshire Motel, as there was previously a fire in February of 2019. The motel is on 11th Street and Garnett, on historic Route 66.

Officials said a witness said they saw a green Ford 4-door truck leaving the parking lot with a silver or white rear driver’s side door.
Investigators ask that if anyone has information about the truck to call the arson hotline at (918) 596-ARSN. Calls to this line are anonymous.
The Brookshire motel is set to be demolished after the previous deadly fire.
