The mother of a woman who fell from the Mayo building in 2018 has now sued for negligence.

Regan Robertson’s mother is suing the man her daughter was with that night along with the owner of the building, 420 Mayo, and the management company, Wiggin Properties.

The lawsuit said Glade Inhofe left Robertson alone, intoxicated and sitting on the ledge of his apartment building. The lawsuit said Inhofe told police Robertson was suicidal, but later changed his story during a police interview.

Robertson's mother said Inhofe knew leaving Robertson would put her in danger and the building didn't have a safety railing on the rooftop.
