TPS is launching a new program with the Tulsa Housing Authority and the Ed Darby Foundation to help support students during distance learning.

Every Monday through Thursday starting on September 14, school leaders and staff from McLain neighborhood schools will go to THA properties in order to assist parents and students with distance learning needs.

“This summer, our school teams have worked around-the-clock to build this new partnership,” said Monroe Demonstration Academy Interim Principal Rob Kaiser. “We are excited to offer extra support for our students who attend McLain neighborhood schools. I cannot express how grateful we are for the community collaboration to make this programming possible.”

They will visit a new property each day.
