Broken Arrow Police Issue Silver Alert For Man With Dementia

The Broken Arrow Police Department have issued a silver alert for 82-year-old Francisco Castaneda.

Officials said he was last seen near East 131st Street South and Elm Place in Broken Arrow and left around 4 p.m. Wednesday.

They said he suffers from several health issues and dementia. Police said Castaneda has gray shoulder-length hair and is about 5'6" tall. They said he was going to shop at a local store or the post office, but was not found at either location.

Police said the vehicle that Castaneda was driving is a tan 2005 Ford Freestyle Minivan with an Oklahoma license plate.
