In a press conference Thursday, Tulsa Health Director Dr. Bruce Dart said he recommends a mask mandate for all of Tulsa County.
Dr. Dart believes that could help flatten the curve of COVID-19 cases even further. He said there is evidence of it working in the Phoenix area.
