Sand Springs Public Schools celebrated its new Freshmen Academy and STEM Center with a ribbon cutting at Charles Page High School.
The new $14 million building is attached to the existing high school and will unify 9th-12th grade students at one site.
"STEM education, career education everything that we do a one stop shop for our community and for our school right here,” Charles Page Principal Stan Trout said. “It's a beautiful facility and we are very proud of it."
The building was paid for though a larger bond package approved by voters last year.
