OHP Troopers Say 1 Person Killed In Ottawa County Crash

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said one person is dead and another is in the hospital after a crash Sunday in Ottawa County.

Troopers say it happened on US-59 at County Road South 540, about 3 miles south of Afton. According to OHP, the two drivers crashed head-on with the driver of one vehicle being pinned for almost an hour. That driver was transported a hospital.

The other driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
