1 Person In Custody After Armed Robbery Pursuit; Police Search For 2nd Suspect

Tulsa Police say one suspect is in custody and another still on the run after an overnight carjacking, armed robbery, and pursuit.

Officers say they got a call Sunday night that two juveniles had robbed a person at gunpoint and then stole that person's car. A few hours later an officer spotted that car and began to follow it, eventually a pursuit began until the suspect crashed the car around 11th st and 73rd East Avenue. The two suspects ran from the vehicle but officers were able to catch up to one of them and take them into custody but the other one is still on the run.

"Two occupants ran from the vehicle. K9 was able to track one and we've taken that juvenile male into custody. The gun was located shortly after that," said TPD Lt. Toliver

Tulsa Police are still searching for the second suspect.
