Silver Alert Still In Effect For Man Missing Since Sept. 5

 A Silver Alert is still in effect for 64-year-old Terry Chambers of Tulsa who has been missing since Saturday.

Chambers was last seen around noon Saturday near the intersection of South Birmingham Avenue and East 10th Street. He was seen wearing a gray thermal long-sleeve shirt, blue flannel pajama pants and black shoes.

Authorities said Chambers has severe Alzheimer's and is barely able to communicate. If you have any information that may be of use call Tulsa Police
