Muskogee Woman Pleads Guilty After Hitting Couple On Motorcycle

A Muskogee woman is headed to federal prison for five years for hitting a couple riding a motorcycle, killing one of them.  

Police said Addison Clark was driving under the influence when she hit Joshua and Emilie Jackson last year.

State charges were dropped last month because Clark is Native America. She was then charged in federal court.

Clark pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in Indian Country and DUI resulting in great bodily injury.
