A man is in custody after Tulsa Police said he led officers on a short chase in a car before getting out and running away on foot.

Police said officers tried to pull a car over for a traffic violation near 13th and Yale and recognized that the driver had a felony warrant. They said the driver, Blayden Carnagey took off after officers asked him to get out of the car.

Officers said when they chased after him, he ran a stop sign, then crashed into a pickup. They said Carnegey then ran away on foot.

The passenger in Carnegey's car, his younger sister, was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Officers said the person Carnagey hit with his car was also taken to a hospital with what they said appeared to be non-life threatening injuries.

Carnagey was located in a backyard and taken into custody. Police said Carnagey will be booked in to the Tulsa County Jail after released from the hospital.
