Ingredients: Avocado - ¼ medium, sliced Whole wheat bread - 1 slice(s), or whole grain, toasted Eggs, hard-boiled - 1 item(s), sliced Table salt or sea salt - 1 pinch Black pepper - 1 pinch Crushed red pepper flakes - 1 pinch (optional) Prep: Put avocado slices on toast and gently mash with a fork. Arrange sliced egg on top and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and pepper flakes.
