Group Withdraws Plans For 31st And Peoria Development

The group behind a development project at 31st and Peoria said they are withdrawing their plans to build the development.

The project would build residential and retail space on the corner of the intersection.

The planning design group now said it wants to get more feedback from neighbors before moving forward.

According to the group, they do plan on re-applying to start the project once it hears more from those living nearby.
