Construction To Begin On Turner Turnpike In January 2021

The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority has approved a $45 million contract to add more lanes to the Turner Turnpike.

The contract will expand the highway between the Creek Turnpike and 65th West avenue to six lanes in Creek County.

A Tulsa construction company was awarded the contract and work is expected to begin in January of 2021 and end sometime in 2022.
