Claremore's Survivor Shelters teamed up with the Rogers County Sheriff's office to raise more than $12,600 to benefit the Tulsa Fraternal Order of Police Benevolent Fund.
The money will help the families of Sargent Craig Johnson who was killed in the line of duty and Officer Aurash Zarkeshan who is in rehab recovering from injuries sustained in the field.
The two groups gave the check to Jarad Lindsey with the FOP on Thursday.
To raise the money Survivor Shelters LLC and The Sheriff's office sold raffle tickets for a storm shelter, and 8 year old Beau Lee, the son of Rogers County deputy Cheyenne Lee, raised more than $300 through his lemonade stand.
