Veteran Salute: Mike Pennington & Tom Pope

We're recognizing veterans across Green Country who are making a difference in their communities.

Mike Pennington and Tom Pope are Vietnam War veterans from Sapulpa and have served in the Patriot Guard since 2011.

They're also active with their church.

They currently serve on the Media Team at Sapulpa's First Baptist Church. Mr. Pennington runs camera and Mr. Pope operates the sound board for worship services and funerals.

Both men are always quick to lend a hand to neighbors and others in need.
