U.S. Attorney Trent Shores Announces $1.6M In Grants For Oklahoma Crime Victims

U.S. Attorney Trent Shores announced Thursday morning a total of $1.6 million in grants coming to the state.

The grants are to improve services for crime victims in the Northern District of Oklahoma.

The funding is coming from the Department of Justice and will be distributed to Native Tribes in the district and to the state Department of corrections and several others. It comes as part of a $144 million grant being distributed throughout the country.
