2 Hospitalized After Double-Stabbing

A man and woman are in the hospital after Tulsa police were told they were stabbed outside of a home near 31st Street and Memorial Drive. One of the victims told police they were both stabbed when they found someone messing with their truck at the end of the driveway. They then drove themselves to a hospital near 91st Street and Highway 169.

Tulsa police said a man and woman are in the hospital on Tuesday morning, after telling police they were stabbed while trying to stop two people from breaking into their truck.

Police said they were called to St. Francis South near 91st and Highway 169 around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, where they say the victims ended up after driving themselves from the scene near 31st and Memorial.

The victims told Tulsa police that they went to stop the suspects before getting into a fight with the two men. According to police, the victims said one of the suspects pulled out a knife and stabbed both of them. They told police the suspects ran away.

Police said the victims then drove themselves from their home to the hospital.

Tulsa police went to the house where the victims said the incident occurred and spent some time investigating.

According to officers the man involved suffered from serious injuries.
