Oklahoma Caring Van Offering Free Flu Shots For Children

As flu season approaches, one Oklahoma group is working to vaccinate families across the state for free.

The Oklahoma Caring Van program has nine vans traveling across the state of Oklahoma offering free flu shots to those in need.

The van will be giving flu shots during the fall festival at the Jane A. Malone center in Tulsa on Tuesday.

The group focuses on children who are uninsured or eligible for Medicaid.

The group is also allowing some adults to get free vaccination.
