Here are six things to know before you set your alarm for Wednesday.

1.MEET & GREET: Oklahoma Senators James Lankford and Jim Inhofe will meet the Supreme Court Justice Nominee Amy Coney Barret. That will happen Wednesday afternoon in Washington, D.C.

2.EPIC STRUGGLES: There’s a meeting Wednesday abut Epic Charter Schools following the audit that outlines concerns about how the district handled cost accounting and enrollment numbers. The State House Education Committee will talk with the state auditor and inspector and the superintendent at 1:30 p.m.

3.RENT ASSISTANCE: If you need help paying your rent, the deadline is coming up soon to get your applications into Action Tulsa. The group is hosting a clinic Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Fellowship UCC at 29th and Harvard to help renters apply for millions of dollars in rent help available.

4.MAKE YOUR MARK: The Union class of 2021 will sign their names to a beam that will go up as the last phase of the stadium construction. It’s part of a topping-out ceremony happing at 3 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

5.BACK ON THE BALLFIELD: It’s game two of the World Series. The Rays and the Dodgers play at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.

6.MAKE SOME NOISE: The CMT Music Awards are Wednesday night. The virtual event is country music’s only fan-voted awards show. You can watch on CMT and MTV as hosts Taylor Swift and Kane Brown will take the stage at 7 p.m.
