Local Organizations Hold Food Giveaway For Veterans In Need

An Oklahoma food bank, partnered with another local organization, is lending a helping hand to some of our nations veterans on Friday.

Two local organizations, the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma and Supportive Services for Veteran Families, are hosting a food giveaway for veterans in temporary housing.

The giveaway will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday morning at Clarion Inn and Suites at 3209 South 79th East Avenue, near East 31st Street and Memorial Drive.
