Oklahoma State University President Burns Hargis announced his plan to retire next summer, and the Board of Regents is already starting the search for his replacement.
Hargis will have served 13 years as President of OSU, and during that time the campus has been significantly improved, there are more students than ever, and his replacement will have a hard time improving on his record of fundraising.
