Tulsa police arrested a woman after she was caught driving while high on marijuana with two young children in the car.
Journeigh Gaines was booked in to jail on several complaints including child endangerment, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
According to her arrest report, an officer stopped Gaines' vehicle near East 61st Street and Riverside Drive for an expired tag. According to officers, there was a strong smell of marijuana and Gaines appeared to be intoxicated.
Police said inside Gaines' vehicle were two small children, a 9-month-old and an 18-month-old. Alongside children, police found 85 grams of marijuana, ecstasy pills, a small scale, four different cell-phones and other peoples IDs
According to jail records, Gaines will appear in court on Monday.
