Oklahoma Institute For Child Advocacy To Call For Statewide School Mask Mandate

The Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy will hold a virtual news conference on Thursday, calling for a statewide school mask mandate.

The OICA wants the state school board to reconsider a rejected proposal to require masks during in-school learning.

At the news conference, OICA officials will announce a broad-based coalition to advocate for the mask mandate.

The conference is set to begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.
