Nonprofit Partners With Tulsa Brewery To Help Pot Plants For A Purpose

A New Leaf, partnering with NEFF Brewing, are inviting families to learn how to create custom table centerpieces as a way to fundraise for their clients with developmental disabilities and autism.

 A New Leaf helps support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities with housing, jobs, and a network of support. The money from the planting bar goes directly toward supporting A New Leaf's 74 residential clients who are helped daily in group homes and all kinds of hands-on assistance and support programs for people still living in their own homes. 

The $30 ticket cost for the NEFF November Planting Bar does cover supplies for the day so all you have to do is show up.

This is an event their clients usually love to be a part of.

"They get a chance to tell their story. They get to share what makes them love A New Leaf, what it is like to make a meaningful wage through our company and how their life has changed," said Amanda Kliner with A New Leaf.
