Amazing Oklahoman: Nancy Phelps

Phelps is the executive director of the “Light of Hope” nonprofit that serves to feed hundreds of families across Green Country.

Her friends said she has a servant's heart and has helped raise millions of dollars for the organizations she has served. We thank you, Nancy for more than 20 years of service to the community.
