French Palmiers

Ingredients:

- 1 Package Frozen Puff Pastry 

- Demerara sugar

- 1 Egg (for egg wash)

Homemade puff pastry

- 300g all purpose flour

- 200g unsalted butter

- Pinch of kosher salt

- 1 cup of ice water
