.CHAT & CHEW: **UPDATE** This event has been postponed: Local legislators are meeting with Tulsa Public Schools Friday morning. The annual breakfast is a chance for lawmakers to hear about programs and projects happening in the school district. They’ll also talk about TPS’ response to COVID-19 and take a look at the fiscal outlook.

.GIFT OF A TOY: A toy drive starts Friday in Cherokee County. The Sheriff’s office will be accepting new, unopened, unwrapped toys in the Walmart parking lot in Tahlequah from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and again on Saturday.

.LET’S GO SKATING: Broken Arrow is getting into the holiday spirit. The 4,000 square foot ice rink in the Rose District will be open from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.

.MAX OR MINI: You can go big – or small – Friday. Apple’s new iPhone 12 Mini and the iPhone 12 Max Pro are available in stores Friday.

.THE GAME GOES ON: A lot of cancellations this week for high school football, but our game of the week is still on. Lawton will face Booker T. Washington for the first round of the playoffs.

.BE KIND: Friday is World Kindness Day, so share some love with one another and be kind to yourself.
