Sand Springs firefighters are working to determine what started an overnight fire that left a storage facility damaged. According to officials, the fire began around 11:15 p.m. on Sunday night near West 61st Street and South 161st West Avenue.

Sand Springs firefighters are working to determine what started an overnight fire that left a storage facility damaged.

According to officials, the fire began around 11:15 p.m. on Sunday night near West 61st Street and South 161st West Avenue.

Crews said that when they arrived at the scene, a building and a camper were on fire. They said that the flames had also spread to the ground however, crews were able to put it out.

According to fire officials, the building was used for storage and none was inside.

It is currently unclear as to what started the blaze and firefighters said their investigation is ongoing.
