Former Bartlesville Police Officer Accused Of Sexual Assault

A former Bartlesville Police officer is charged with sexual battery and indecent exposure.

Documents say James Graham is accused of touching two women officers on the inner thigh one, while she was searching a vehicle and one, while she was driving to a call.

Both reported Graham and documents say he also exposed himself to one of the officers. The affidavit says he denied touching them inappropriately, but admitted exposing himself. He turned himself in and was released on $5,000 bond.
