Here are six things to know before you set your alarm for Tuesday.

1.TRAFFIC ALERT: Both east and westbound I-44 will be narrowed to one lane at 33 West avenue Tuesday and Wednesday. The westbound I-44 offramp to 33rd W avenue will also be closed starting at 9 a.m.

2.FOOD GIVEAWAY: Food on the Move will hold another drive-thru food giveaway at OSU-Tulsa from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. People can pull into Parking Lot A and receive a week’s worth of groceries.

3.CAREER & WORKFORCE CENTER: Broken Arrow will launch a new Career and Workforce center. The center is located at the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce, but there are also online resources. The launch starts at 2 p.m.

4.GROUNDBREAKING: Sapulpa High School will break ground on a new facility for its JROTC program. The facility will be used as a drill hall for cadets. The project is expected to cost $160,000 and will be paid for by private donations.

5.WINTER WONDERLAND: Tulsa’s Gathering Place will once again transform into a winter wonderland. Thousands of lights will illuminate the park and there will also be Christmas carolers. The winter wonderland runs through January 3.

6.GIVE SOME GOOD: It’s giving Tuesday. Whether it’s making someone smile, helping a neighbor or stranger out, or donating to a nonprofit, everyone is encouraged to do something good.
