3 Ingredient Hot Chocolate

Christmas is just a few weeks away! If you're looking for something simple and sweet to make at home we have a great recipe for you. Montereau's Laura Allen joins us in the Cooking Corner to show us how to make a three-ingredient hot chocolate mix.

Ingredients:

· 2 cups confectioner’s sugar

· 1 cup unsweetened cocoa

· 2 cups powdered milk

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, sift the confectioner’s sugar, then the unsweetened cocoa, to get rid of any lumps.

2. Stir in the powdered milk, and whisk well until everything is combined.

3. Optional: Add mini marshmallows, shaved chocolate or peppermint to the top of the container.

To Serve:

Add ½ cup of mix to ½ of hot water.

*This can be kept in the pantry for 6 months.
