High School Football Roundup: 2A, 1A Semifinals Feature Close Clashes

It’s semifinal night in the high school football playoffs for 2A and single A division teams.

In 2A, Metro Christian hosted Oklahoma Christian looking for a return trip to state. The Patriots are headed back to the state championship game, winning it 55-28.

In the other 2A matchup, the Beggs Demons visit Washington. Washington wins it 38-22, and they are headed to the state title game.

In single A, undefeated and top-in-the-state Pawhuska hosted Cashion. In a close matchup, the Wildcats scored late in the 4th to knock off Pawhuska, 7-6.
