To make Andolini’s Buffalo Chicken Pizza at home you’ll need:
1 14 oz. dough
2 chicken breasts, fried, then sliced into strips — you’ll need 8 strips
4 oz. Buffalo Sauce
1 cup of red onion, sliced into rings
7 oz. of mozzarella — shredded / diced mozzarella
1 tsp. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon of pecorino Romano cheese
Ranch dressing, for drizzling
(Optional) — Buffalo dried herb seasoning
Preheat your oven and a pizza stone, if you have one, to 500 degrees. In the meantime, push out your dough to form a 14” pizza crust. Place on a lightly oiled pan for easy transfer to the stone when it’s time to bake. Arrange your chicken strips like spokes on a wheel, with all strips touching in the center. You’ll want to be able to cut the pizza into slices between the strips, so each slice of pizza has a chicken strip on it. Use a spoon to spread the buffalo sauce over the chicken and dough. If you’re using buffalo dried herb seasoning, sprinkle it over the pie now. Sprinkle the diced mozzarella evenly over the entire pizza. Lay the red onion rings over the pie and finish with fresh parsley. Bake in 500 degree oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Remove pizza from oven, drizzle ranch dressing in lines across the entire pie, and top with a sprinkling of pecorino Romano cheese.
Slice and serve!
